Tesco Superstore

A mid size Tesco metro. Well laid out with plenty of self service tills and a customer service desk.

Its like the staff here own the store, half the time they are on the phone or playing around ! No customer service. Look at the pic I’ve added ! A JOKE ! Ow and plus don’t even bother speaking English either 😂

Service is generally fast when you have to pay. Also, most of the time you can find the products you need. However, I don't like the fact that it seems to be very crowded with staff replacing items on shelves constantly. By doing that, they are blocking some of the products with boxes all the time. It happens a lot that people must queue just to move through the aisles because there's barely room for one person with a basket to pass. I would rather have shorter operating hours such that staff have time before/after opening times to handle the products. Thus, I could easily move through the store and not have to avoid some areas altogether.

This is ridiculous, having a line all the way to the end of the store for the self-service cashier. They should have more self-service cashier.

Not a superstore at all, essentially just a slightly bigger tesco express. I travelled here believing the description of superstore :(

Love to shop at Tesc the staff is very helpful and friendly wonderful service

My local tescos, best one in the area! Super kind staff and great stock! More vegetarian options would be nice but i love it

The lines are often huge around 5-7 pm, with not enough staff working the tills.
