Good prices, high quality, there is always a store near your location when you need it but at this specific location, at Bollo Bridge Road, I got a little extra, the security guard make it me feel so welcome, the way he smiles to everyone and greets everyone is just lovely. Thank you 💝

Possibly the best sainsbury’s i’ve ever experienced. Honestly couldn’t think of a better place to go for a holiday. 5*staff and food. Great selection of booze and snacks. Unfortunately they didn’t provide me with a robe or a massage. very child friendly although there is no daycare. Would recommend booking in advance.

It's rare that they have the bread I buy in stock, but getting there today, at 9am on a weekday, there was no bread whatsoever. The staff here are also not very professional, constantly talking to each other loudly over their radios.

Terrible store.. Shelves are always empty, never have basic groceries such as eggs and bread, always a poor selection of sandwiches, yet isles are always full of stock cages and you cant navigate around the store properly, this may be due to the workers not seeming bothered about doing their job, the workers are also quite rude and always shouting to eachother over there ear pieces about their personal lives or what they got up to on the weekend, although they appear to act busy all the time; there is never anyone available to assist if you need help on the checkouts or cigarette counter

Always a disappointing experience, always seam to run out of things basic like rice and pasta,badly stocked, although there is always metal cages blocking the isles bakery never has what you need or is not baking, staff always shouting , machines always playing up , worst sainsburys ever

The app doesn’t work every time with error. Poor connection. No common education to most of staff even the manger trained the staff to tell customers to re download the app without sorting it out. Staff does not listen my claim at all. So rude. Easy to see the lasy job from manager. The quality of products is low and lack of service. No reason they installed the app to the shop. I will go another shop definitely.

This is the worst sainsbury's. Staff are rude and they never have food on the shelf..every morning is empty why they open at 7 makes no sense as there is nothing available. Dont waste your time going to this sainsbury's you will be disappointed.

Sainsbury's is a joke, with terrible service and over pricing items for no reason. Well done sainsbury's you are making the acton the worst place to live. Your medal will be arriving soon
