Brand new store, fully stocked up. Looks very clean and tidy. Great place to shop if you are a frozen food lover.

Excellent place to buy Starbucks café lattes and machiatos also has a wicked tgi Friday's range and the frozen sea bus is pretty good too

Really bad experience with the delivery man named Ray… he rang the bell and throw all my shop on the stairs and walked off with no words. The store manager was very helpful and refund all my damage and unwanted items that I didn’t order.
Very disappointed with the delivery handout I will not order again and if I do I will call the store requesting to not have this Ray man again. Shame I can’t add the pictures on the state he left my order.

Terrible customer service.
Our home delivery was scheduled for Saturday. Its is now monday and no word or confirmation from Iceland about why our delivery hasn't arrived. Spoke to numerous people who have told us that it should be on its way and still nothing. Won't be doing online shopping with Iceland again.

My last experience with the delivery person was not acceptable. When I asked to help with taking the bags of food out of the pallets, he said, "I'm not your slave". Needless to say, I won't be getting delivery from them again.

Usual great produce, get discounts with loyalty card. Their frozen pizzas are some of the best.

Occasional parking outside but often the spaces are taken

I really like this store.. for frozen food at great prices you can't go far wrong. It has so much choice so there is plenty for dinners etc. Also fresh items including items for lunch boxes etc. Be warned you will need your credit card tho. It can be a pain getting lots of bags back to the car is the only downside as they wouldn't let me take the trolly...
