Bin shopping here for years. Always found it easy and helpful however couple weeks ago there was new guy on the till and Woow he was so rude and disrespectful. He was even slagging of his manager and swearing and some other guy working til next to him was joining it was horrible, but I I had my 2young kids with me as well. Never had anything like it before, didn't go back for couple weeks however recently went bk and just avoided him just disgust

Typical Iceland with narrow aisles. Good choice of frozen food at reasonable prices. Does get very busy but tills are usually well staffed in my experience. Home delivery from this branch which can be a big help. Good central location and easily accesible.

This store is ok if you just want a few bits. If you want to do a big shop I'd go to a larger store. Simply because this store doesn't have a wide range and at times not well stocked

Staff are always nice here. The only thing I'd feedback on is the layout. There is a point that cuts you off near the entrance, meaning you have to head to the rear before moving to another isle, it causes people to think that's it's all "one way" with their trolleys and I've seen it cause some inconvenience on occasion.

honestly it was way more chaotic than pre corona times. staff working without masks, one of the cashiers ushering people quickly to his queue to the point where there was a bit of a backlog, with people as close as 30cm away from me (very far from 2m!) and no clear queueing system so people were just standing about, very close together. i understand that there may be limited staff and they are trying their best, and are absolutely being underpaid especially at a time like this and just want the service to be efficient. I appreciate that, however it was clear that higher management did not enforce any rules and took no measures to try prevent the spread of the virus. honestly panicked quite a bit when i got back so will not be returning until covid is over. if you dont believe in the virus then this iceland's for you! thanks x

You can't beat Iceland for prices. We use them for a top up for our freezer. We always buy our turkey crown, from there. Never been disappointed with it!

Now and again when I don't have a lot of money. I sometimes go to Iceland to do grocery shopping.
It is a pretty good store to get food which some places would charge a lot for.

I should warn you however, the Iceland in the centre of Bromley won't be there for long and is closing it's doors on the 10th April.
