A good place for shopping and they've got a whole lot of products to purchase at an affordable price and high quality. They have a free parking space for both disabled people and children and also for people without disabilities. They also have a wheelchair accessible area. This place is protected with a very tight security, the environment is also good. They also have a place children can have fun before and after shopping. This place accepts both cash and card and also have self service available. The workers are also nice, friendly and caring.
Tesco every little helps 👍👍😂😂

Huge store with almost everything you can think of available. My only criticism is that there are never any trolleys or baskets available.
Love the PJ's and bread products. Also good selection of beers and wines.

Last weekend went in, and its quite common now that first thing I have to walk along checkouts looking for a basket.
Obviously really busy this weekend as car park was really full as a arrived. Saw people looking for trolleys around car park. Saw people up and down checkouts picking up shopping baskets as quick as customers were putting them down.

Tescos you need more baskets and trollies!

Complained to you directly before but its been going on for ages

Lots and lots of item's for all the family at assorted prices some good and some not so good prices. The opening hours are very good. I would like to see more vegetarian and vegan meals in the cafe especially cheese and tomato toastie or panini.

Store has most things, very limited tills open as now most of its self service.

Used the new very long self service check out till for 2 items
It was a nightmare as 1 of the items was a alcohol product needed to confirm ID
The staff are tending to I guess 20 or so self service tills, they will be with you in 4 mins approx if not longer..

They cut back staff for these self service till.. would be better if tescos spend money on baskets and trolleys..

Since opening Tesco has gone drastically downhill, there are NEVER any trollies, you end up trawling the whole carpark just to find one. Food via click and collect always has poor shelf life, you complain and it never changes. Shopping instore is equally as bad as the dates are rubbish, the aisles are full of click and collect staff and their trollies and the self scanners are never working.
It is a real shame as this Tesco could be a flagship store as it’s so big, surrounded by decent shops and has a big car park, something needs to change and until it does I will no longer be shopping here and taking my business elsewhere.

Whilst waiting in a long line at the checkout at Tesco Ricoh Arena, Coventry, my partner and I witnessed several transactions, one of which involved a white family paying with cash. They handed over the money, the cashier banked it, handed them their change, and off they went.

Meanwhile, directly in front of us in our queue, a family of colour attempted to pay their bill in the same way by handing over £20 and £10 notes to pay a bill that didn't even total £90.

The cashier immediately called over her "supervisor" and asked her to help check the notes.

My partner and I noticed this and spoke up immediately, to which the two female staff members became immediately defensive and insisted that they checked ALL notes as a matter of store policy. This is not something I have EVER witnessed - even when I - a white man - have paid cash. I have NEVER had my notes checked in this store!!

One staff member, short, slim(ish) with greying hair and dark grey crooked teeth, then asked one of the cusotomers, "Did you mind us doing what we've just done?" The poor woman school he head, oblivious to the fact that a white family had just paid cash and had NOT been subjected to the same insulting and RACIST security check.

We stood up for the customer again, this time to be told by the same staff member that "We're not racist, we have all sorts workin' 'ere."

All sorts?!? Spoken like a true RACIST, white working-class, shop-worker from the Midlands.

Rather than take my grievance seriously, she then had the nerve to start arguing with us in the store before telling us that it was us that "had a chip on our shoulder" and walked off to share the story and laugh with her colleagues. (Which we both witnessed as we carried on with our purchase".

The cashier in question had to them be told TWICE not to THROW our items after scanning them.

If I ever encounter these two disgraceful characters in this store in the future, there will be hell to pay.
