Absolutely disgusting, you just lost your regular customer.

Very rude store manager refused to refund a kids toy which had a confusing information on packaging: picture of robot and car, also it says TRANSFORMERS right in front but toy did not transform at all.

From my point of view for £9 it could actually transform!!!

Understand now why you got such a bad rating, another one star and minus regular customer...

Worker Named ‘Ella’ was amazing help! i couldn’t find anyone to help me get something from the top shelf but ella, although being busy, was very helpful. Also happily helped another customer after helping me! such a wonderful worker, she was very happy to help.

Came in this afternoon to buy some fillet bassa. After I bought it I soon realised it was out of day by 3 days. Went back into Asda to inform the customer service. They was being funny because I didn’t have my receipt but luckily I paid by card so I could show them on my online banking. I was told to swap it for another packet however all the packets were out of date at least by 3 days ! I was shocked as no one working there had a clue it was all expired. This is dangerous as fish is very bad when it’s off! I advise people to check the expiry date before buying. I won’t be back

Staff are lovely and helpful however all the fresh produce (including meat) is usually rotten by the time you get it home. The salad stuff is always browning and the potatoes are green, will probably start shopping elsewhere as I can no longer afford to buy shopping that I have to throw away as soon as I get home

We come to this asda because its easy to get to for us and we know where everything is.
Whenever we go it's always around 8pm due to working hours. The store is messy with wooden palettes, plastic all on the floor and people re stocking shevles. Sometimes I can't get to things because a palette has been left in front of the shelf. The tills are never open and we have to self scan a whole week's shop by ourselves. This is because apparently there is not enough staff even though whenever we go there's always a group of them talking by the self scan.

Done my grocery shopping this evening using scan and go , picked up 3 rolls of wrapping paper out of a box near the scan and go area . Ready to scan out with a trolley load I’m asked to have a customer check , that’s ok no problem I think . 9 items to check , away you go . Except it hasn’t recognised one of the rolls of wrapping paper as I hit the X 3 button so there is 3 rolls added to the total !
No check to see if it’s on the list , they have to rescan the whole trolley load now which makes the whole idea ridiculous and unfit for purpose . All I can say is I won’t be self scanning again ! Get more Tills open you cheapskates !!

The store had no shopping trollies in the rack also the ladies toilets were very dirty and blocked. While trying to shop we had to weaver past by cages and pallets up and down the ailses and kept asking staff to move out of the way . Not a very safe store to shop act also found it dirty in many places on the shop floor. I will try not use the Bexleyheath store in future but go to the Swanley one instead which seems better managed.
