Tesco Express

Far from finding the staff 'rood' I've always found them brilliant. Short staffed at times but that's not there fault.

Very friendly staff, especially Jo,Enico and Amy.
Happy to help, and Jo runs a tight ship.

Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you, they are just understaffed at certain times of the day which is of no fault of their own, but on the company itself

I went into tesco this morning, rolled oats was on sale for 50p ,I picked up SIX boxes went to the self check out and realised I left my clubcard .As I worked across the road ,I asked the assistant around the counter to put the basket with the SIX BOXES of oats at his feet while I ran across the road for my club card. I got back in two minutes and was told that the Manager says I can only get FOUR .I told him that my Manager will pay for the other TWO I was then told the the other two was sold to another customer. The Manager was called ,she came and was very RUDE telling me they don't reserve goods for customers and that it was sold eventhough the basket was around the counter on the floor and out of sight.. I told her not to lie because she knows that it wasn't sold and that they took it out for themselves.She shouted at me ,I told her not to raise her voice at me .She told me to get out and that I'm BAND from the store .I'm a tesco's customer she treated me bad because I'm BLACK .This is un acceptable I felt discriminated and bullied all because of my skin colour. I'm still in shop about the treatment I received from tesco NEWMARKET GREEN .
