M&S Food To Go

This is the one in the hospital, not alongside it on Pond Street. It's overpriced and fairly poor in its selection.

The food, coffee and service is really good here, highly recommended when waiting for a hospital appointment!

Staff don't even look at you when speaking to you. They bark rather than speak to you. Ustimer service very bad. Charged us today for 2 coffees when we only asked for and received one. Makes it an expensive coffee. Poor reflection of M&S normal

The food to go at RFH at Marks and Spencer coffee place is real joy. The staff is always nice and mannered. Everything is always fresh and clean. So inviting and welcoming. Super managed and always happy to go back in.

The Manlig service was very poor,He served me cold milk without coffee

The shop advertises 'oat and soya alternatives at no extra cost' on the menu board, but when I asked, twice, I was told they had ran out. I could understand that on the first occasion as it was 7pm but the second occasion was at 3pm. Maybe the store should review their weekly supply to the store if they ran out so quickly. When I mentioned that to the assistant, she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't do the orders! Surely she can give feedback to her manager, as she is the one who may be able to help review supplies.
