Iceland Supermarket Bexley Heath

Iceland Foods are my favourite U.K.food retail chain outlet - all of them wherever situated. This branch in the Broadway, Bexleyheath, Kent is one of our local branches and very conveniently placed for my wife and I to reach either by public or private transport. We found most of our food requirements here, I personally love their food - cheap, cheerful, even varied with their little surprises displayed at times and most often at excellent quality for the competitive price. Decent size, always fully stocked. I dont do a big shop here, I find them fantastic for the basics though, bread, milk, snacks, condiments. There is an awesome member of staff who is ALWAYS bubbling with life and has impeccable customer service skills, her name escapes me. She is about 5'3 with sandy blonde straight hair to her shoulders. I would poach her for my business in a heart beat but she wont be persuaded.

Had a few deliveries from this store now. Always had polite drivers who deliver. I’ve been in store a few times and the shelves are always stocked and checkout staff are friendly.

Easy, better-than-reasonable quick meals. Great for people with families and not a lot of time.

I do seem to find there an usually high number of wallies in front of me at the till in this shop: not enough money, want to change an item mid way through the paying process, forgotten something, transferring money when it comes to paying.

Very nice staff, always helpful. The problem is in my opinion to many duties on short staff, it cause long queue when one cashier is working, what I absolutely not blame them, but management should consider to put more employees on the shift. Not fully stocked usually

I love coming here! The staffs are so nice, hard-working and admire their delivery service. Even if you don't get your shopping delivered on the day, it'll most likely deliver the next day!

There is this one extraordinary female staff, think her name is Denise or Sophie but she's very memorable for her laughter and such a people person! Great to talk to while checking out!
