Asda Oadby Superstore

Nice place to do shopping, staff is ok too just like any other supermarket, they have plenty of parking space so no issue of finding parking up there. All in one shop Asda . I have visited there many time to shop and my experience is fine. They have guideline there for Covid but not enforced just things are there to clean if you want otherwise did not see anyone dedicated to ensure that guidelines are being followed at least in my observation.

August Bank holiday weekend, crazy busy here as children go back to school this weekend. Queue is 30meters long at click and collect. Only one person serving. Service is slow. They need more staff. Staff refunded me for the wrong item too.

I just wanted to say that the staff here are amazing! There have been a couple of times that I've been nervous or uncomfortable and the staff have just been so sweet and asked me if I'm okay. I just think they do so well. The staff working on the self scan tils are honestly superheroes in Asda clothing. They all are! Lots of love xxx

Been here multiple times and service + management is great. Always have the products I need at a suitable price.

Just a question that I've always had but never gotten the answer too, Am I allowed to take my bicycle in store when I don't have my lock?

How this store has change in 25 years.
Shelves empty, dirty isles, no tolls after 8pm and demoralized staff.
I was truly shocked on the state of the place

I am were un happy about tobacco products at the store I got 2 package this morning the cigarette was totally hot like if u face heater on them the be come to dry also made me all mose sick the tobacco in the cigarette was dry soo it is much beater to use corner shops for tobacco products I do understand worker.s at azda are could but the should respect products we pay the most many for expensive cigarette in of and u don't get what u pay for so I will never bay tobacco products hire

I visited the Oadby Asda store today. I wanted to buy some more of their utterly delicious Irish cream liqueur mince pie's. I couldn't find them. I spoke to shop assistant Summah in the bakery section. She was excellent. She stopped what she was doing, and helped me find the items I wanted. Friendly, courteous and helpful. The best kind of ambassador for Asda. I hope the store manager reads this report and gives her a big pat on the back. Thank you Summah!

Click and collect is such a headache every time, I have ordered multiple times and am always left waiting around for someone to come, click and collect is suppose to be a fast transaction, this time someone's parcel was lost and the supervisor I think was called to help look for it, instead of one person serving the next people both decided to waste everyone's time on looking for one parcel, absolutely stupid lack of service, also no point in keeping it logged down if nothing actually gets done about it because this bad service with click and collect has been ongoing for a while now. Instead of just logging down the complaint, procedures should be put in place to make click and collect much swift and easier like having more than one person on click and collect when there's longer cues or parcels can't be found.
