Morrisons

I use to do my weekly shop there but with the cost of food etc I usually go elsewhere. The store is well laid out and clean and tidy. The staff are pleasant and the pharmacy is very helpful. I tend to shop there if I am unable to get a particular item at another store.

Standard Morrisons experience here. This is a large shop so boasts a cafe, pharmacy, tobacco counter, toilets, bakery, fish counter, lunch (pasta etc) fresh cooked meat and all that jazz. Friendly helpful staff. The afternoon tea at the cafe is awesome. Also has a petrol station too. Beware the car park though, it seems to attract people who dont care if they bump your car!

A big thank you to the staff for their helpfulness and exceeding my expectations. Due to my clumsiness I managed to break 2 bottles of Muled Wine all over the floor in the gents. The friendly security guard was more than helpful in ensuring I was ok & not received any cuts from the broken glass & calmly arranged for the mess to be cleared up, also getting me a new bag & kitchen towels to clean off the rest of my shopping that could be saved. A huge thank you to you.

I have never met such a shambles as Morrison cafe. No queue but still managed to keep 2 people waiting at the till whilst the lady wandered around the seating with my food trying to find me and letting the food go cold. I explained I'd got a query with the order and was still waiting at the till whilst the till operator went in search of milk for the coffee machine and then proceeded to clean the coffee machine - all whilst people were waiting at the till. I then waited a further 5 mins for the till operator during which I said my food was going cold. She disappeared with the food. I've now been sitting for 5 plus mins with no sign of said food with others having ordered after me receiving theirs.
UTTER SHAMBLES

Cramped and claustrophobic is the only way to describe the store, poor stock levels on the deals I.e parts missing from the shelves so you don't benefit form the savings, the store music was very loud along with very bight stark lighting the checkout assistant on the till I paid at spent a good 5 minutes chatting away with the person she had just served while the queue was backing up but she was like "nah it'll be fine" and carried on chatting, finally when we got to pay she spent a good 30 seconds examining our recipt in silence, then handed it over with a bad attitude 👍...all in all not a good experience at all and will definitely not be returning

Excellent Costner service at the store, they have a cafe, fish counter, salad experience, bakery, butcher. Not a huge store but got everything you want. I don't like they're clothes, but everything else is good

Good family parking. This branch has very spacious family raking area right in front of the store. It’s important to know that when parking you have so much save either side for kids and double buggy.

We went for a family breakfast and for every adult meal you get a free ids meal. Food is good value but the waiting times are quite long when you have a young and hungry family waiting.

Called in at the cafe! First issue no receipts available at the self service point. Second issue no mugs available for hot drinks, third issue no tables clear, pilled high with dirty pots and food and drink all over the floor. The food was luke warm and had been plated for ages. Customers who complained were ignored by the staff. Avoid at all costs it is a total disgrace.
