Terrible, it’s rare to find any product on the same shelf two days in a row, Continuous moving of products for sale from different shelves in order to keep you searching so you buy more but in effect has the opposite effect as whatever you go there to shop for you leave without getting half of the items thus resulting you have to visit. A competitor to purchase items from them
Definitely not a one stop shop
Lack of staff on tills
Self checkout tills rarely manned properly, a long wait to get age verified to complete your check out
Never baskets at entrance always usually hidden away under checkouts
Always out of stock especially chilled food and special offers
Overall store looks shabby unclean , best before dated products chit merchandised properly
Common to hear a shriek of terror when a customer sees a mouse
People begging at the entrance
Feels unsafe to use the cash machine
Fire exits always closed and sealed off
Impossible find a manager
Sainsburys head office must not have stepped foot in this place in years as they could not be aware of the way the place is run
It’s not a case of management could do better
It’s a case of a child would run it better

The biggest store in the neighbourhood. Price/quality ratio is very good. The shelves can get pretty empty towards evening and in the mornings. There is some selection of goods apart from food and drinks, so you can buy something for your house

Got use to the layout and which isles have what in them, the only disappointment is the price increases especially on essentials like bread,milk, sugar, butter, vegetables even the odd 10p 20p 30p here and there adds up. Yes times are tough but wouldn't it be just once when things get better bring back the lower prices. Just a thought otherwise very happy with this branch.

Staff are super friendly, especially on the scan and go section. Stock is generally good. The only reasons that I've given 3 stars is that often the coffee machine seems to be out of action, the food on the self service hot counter is usually either under cooked or over cooked and is always out of stock of a lot items, and lastly its quite hard to find items as the layout sometimes doesn't make sense

Spacious supermarket, love walking around here. Loads of items on shelves. Bought a whole cooked chicken and some other stuff, if I was able to would have gotten others such as juices as well.

Fully recommended shop with lots of items. Unplanned visit on early working day morning while looking for Cashpoint, no matter very helpfull and well trained service well knowing shop floor items locations with right directions near within 15m distance main street Buses like H91 440... and local mini street market. Yes there is cashpointon the left side from shop main entrence.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Shocking service yesterday. Payment failed on online order for some unknown reason (sainsbury's bank too!). Then spent over 90 mins on hold trying to pay. Once paid we were told payment was in time for our Christmas delivery. 2 hours past the delivery slot we spent another 20 minutes on hold for the store to tell us they didn't know if it was out for delivery or not. Payment was refunded at midnight. No communication or apology given. We now have no supplies for Christmas and there are no other slots available. Oh, and the delivery manager was supposed to call me first thing...Guess what.. Silence. Looks like I'm off to Tesco.

Update: I went in today and spoke with Jackie, one of the online delivery managers. Mostly for a rant if I am honest. What difference. Jackie was incredibly helpful , understanding and seemed to be fully aware of the troubles with getting any real information from cental customer services. She is an asset to the store. Great people person too.

I'm not changing my review rating, but I would say this is the rating for the sainsbury's delivery experience and customer service team on their 0800 numbers. . If I could write another review for Jackie I would glady give 5 stars.

I wish to complain about my visit this morning to your store.

I purchased a STNBK pep pizza for £2.25 only to find it was £3.50 at checkout I asked the assistant to check this but she declined saying there was no one to help her response was for me to leave the item which she then deducted after some time she called someone who very reluctantly arranged to correct the charge.

I am a loyal regular customer and expect much better service from you I received no apology for the price mix up or the extended wait.

The store was not busy.
