Has improved over the last few years: employees are more polite and friendly. Need better produce now. Frequently buying fresh fruit which has fungus the very next day. Frozen veg needs to be better stocked. Halal products would open a whole new market.

Car park cam be a pain. There is now a camera if turning right into car park from heathway so be careful. Stock ok I did go Saturday afternoon so may possibly be why. Quick shop in and out

Can be really messy inside, I'd say the tills don't get washed down every night and some customers visit, make a mess and leave it all haphazardly. But the store itself is fab, besides a few staff shortages.

Lidle gets much more expensive these days. Can't call it budget supermarket any more.
But still not bad range of foodstuff.

A very messy store and customer service doesn’t exist. I went so many times there and every time you can hear the employees shouting and arguing around the store. The manager from there doesn’t know how to treat customers he is extremely rude so I can’t imagine how he treats the others employees, he definitely shouldn’t work there. Such a poor management reflects on the store. I know it’s a very busy store but this shouldn’t be an excuse for any bad behaviour from the manager and the staff.
This review it’s from a person which worked in the retail so I really know what I’m talking about.

Fantastic staff but, the shelves are often sparse.

Very busy and unfortunately 😕 not all the products are good quality. Today, for example, all the sweet potatoes in bag were not in good condition, and it was difficult to find a good bag of carotts

This shop is little and car park is always busy, sometimes have to wait to park
