Small shop but a great selection of Eastern European food which my (Russian) wife loves. The staff are friendly and speak Polish.

Always good choice for my nostalgic cravings of the Soviet food. Have been shopping at Ducat for many years and will continue to do so.

Dark, doesn’t look appealing, shop. As European myself, I know what kind of prices there are in Europe and considering that this shop is in London, it doesn’t stand out. Customer service is very poor, products are not fresh and don’t look appealing, prices are too high.
Considering that you do have super expensive products, I think customer service should be better. Literally prefer to drive to Walthamstow from Harrow, to Lithuanian shops, just to have decent prices and customer service.

Eastern European shop. Great choice of foods. Russian, Latvian and Lithuanian. Not as expensive. Meats and bread available.

Really bad customer service obnoxious shop attendant and poorly displayed products. I have thankfully only bought one jar of red caviar which tasted awful and had metallic taste... waste of money and totally unpleasant experience
