Tesco Esso Express

Great little Tesco has more than you think! Though if shopping only - no fuel - remember to turn right immediately as you come in. Upon entry you can't see the far pumps for fuel, so it's almost impossible to know if you need to go there

Please check your cameras on Sunday 27 March around 8.15pm when one of your workers (Asian man) who was putting the cones out to close the petrol area & was very rude to my pregnant wife and told her to get lost when she was asking why the diesel was not available. Absolute awful behaviour from your member of staff and I will be writing in a formal complaint as my wife was simply asking for help. Will never use this station again.

No toilet facilities. Used pump 1 and it didn’t seem to work. No sign it was pay at the pump only. After being in heavy traffic in London I needed to use the facilities and there aren’t any! Was happy to take my money but not provide toilet facilities. Go somewhere else! Not acceptable.

Visited today (Friday 26 August 2022) at 2250. The cashier wouldn't turn on the fuel pump, he was just waving me away. Another staff member who was taking in the forecourts fire extinguishers wouldn't reply to me when I asked why I couldn't buy fuel. Seems they were closing earlier than the advertised time of 2300. I had to move a bin out of the way so I could leave via the exit.

Why block the exit but not the entrance? Why close ten minutes early? Why treat me with such disrespect?

I filled up elsewhere and won't return.

Great Tesco, amazing selection, clean, organised, handy, plenty of parking available, overall just a bloody brilliant tesco

Nice little tesco near home. Can buy mostly all you need here. Workers are also always friendly.

I had the most awful experience this morning at this Tesco express. My car broke down and the traffic was extremely heavy. After waiting for an hour I was desperate for the toilet, I walked for 10 minutes and got to this Tesco Express. I explained to the lady at the till that my car had broke down and I was desperate- which I was. Instead of being empathetic, she told me I could not use the toilet and I had to walk another 5 minutes to the McDonald’s in tears. This is certainly not how we should treat each other. Very disappointing.
