They move stuff around too much. Makes it hard to find the bear essentials, like Rassomalai! But a lovely staff member knew exactly where it was. - halfway doe aisle 1. On previous occasions staff didn't know where it was. It is in a different place each time I go in!

Easy parking. Store clearly laid out - same format as all Morrison's stores. Toilets clean.

Plenty of parking. Lots of space in the shop. Good choice of products. Self checkout was a nightmare. Only 1 cashier so we went to self checkout. The scanner was slow, kept asking for assistance, failed to scan some items, poor information on the scanning screen. If you don't have cashiers then self checkout needs to be quick easy.

I always look for reduced flowers, veg, meat and fish whenever I visit Morrisons. Sometimes I'm lucky, and if there's enough of a reduction, I'll buy for one friend as well as myself.
The produce is good. I find it's a good supermarket. The café is brilliant. I even buy Morrisons petrol if I'm passing the store on the A1 north near Mill Hill vicinity, as it's always a couple of pence cheaper than the other supermarkets.

Really disappointed. Lack of fresh produce. Lack of staff impacting product availability queues at the checkout. Technology breaking down
I prefer Tesco but Morrisons have a far better fresh meat selection

If I encounter the same problems again I will switch back to Tesco and Lidl. Light years ahead in so many respects

Morrisons if you don't get your act together rapidly you will disappoint your shareholders and ultimately go bust. Its not what we want

Invest in your people!

They do not deserve a single star, they always cheat the customer, it is not the first time that happens to me, that they put a price on the shelf, and when paying, the price is different, of course, in their favor. Today has been with a liter bottle of bacardi rum, it put 16 on the shelf, and at the time of paying, 20.50, when I tell the person in charge of the express checkout, he tells me that I am wrong, that the price is the correct, I assured her that I saw the price and it was 16 and she says no, it is the small bottle. Of course I did not take it, then I took some photos and when I showed them to her, she says, okay, pay in customer service, what arrogance the lady, I did not buy it and of course I will not return, the last time it happened to me the same but with a charcoal for barbecue.

Always has stock issues and quality of fresh food is dubious Prices alot cheaper then Tescos. Probably the best thing about his place is the cafe.

The toilets and baby Changing facilities are gross / health hazard

Great supermarket. Nice products. Great meal deals. 1 adult full price 1 child free. Just great thanks.
