They're community minded too - giving the Tuesday fish man cups of tea and making sure the dog bowl has fresh water.

Why is it June is the only member of staff that is always cheerful and friendly . Jusy been in and three members of staff stacking freezers. Asked a civil question and got a sharp reply. Kevin flew round to the back of the counter like someone possessed just for a set of steps narrowly missing a customer. He is always miserable and if serving I leave the shop.

I didn't realise you could pick and choose when to ID a person? Well a certain staff member seems to be perfectly happy to let me and my partner by alcohol without being ID numerous times however god forbid it's a full moon or something and you so happen you forget your ID on one occasion because the reaction you get to "I'm sorry I don't have my ID THIS TIME is probably the same reaction you would get if you told the staff member you've been on a murder spree. To ask for someone's ID is not the issue but the manner in which you ID inconsistently and rudely are. Sort out your staff members and train them properly. Also would a smile kill you?

Local Tesco Express, as at 12 dec 19 it has a coffe machine in the shop. Always friendly and helpful staff

It is ok because they don't sell that much groceries. There is not a big variety of drinks and food to eat and very expensive. For one of the drinks it's retail price is 1 pound and the Tescos sell it for 1.35

Only place to buy groceries in Kenilworth after 9pm. Great for quick trips and has everything we need on short notice.

Called in today, shop has a 1 way system and the floor clearly marked with distance lines. The staff however were blocking isles chatting and actually laughed when I indicated I needed to pass at a safe distance. The comment "needs to get a life" was made in earshot.. The most disgusting display of ignorance I've seen. Feel free to contact me. Ridiculous behaviour.

This Store is one of the best in the area, the Staff are polite friendly and helpful. The choice of products is excellent and prices are very competitive. Highly recommended.
