Excellent staff so helpful ever so helpful with the assistance dog. Don't mind when my son replaces the shelves or is not coping very well.
They have even told members of the public off for staring or demanding we hurry up if one of the boys is in meltdown mode.

Nice food and air conditioning with large aisles + lots of shopping trolleys.

It’s an OK grocery store, however since approximately a year things seem to be going a downwards, with messy aisles most of the times and often empty racks.

Staff can’t be bothered and their faces scream “I’d literally rather be anywhere else”.

I could probably find a reasonable explanation for the above, however, at what point of the product management line did anyone think that selling freshly baked bread without any packaging was a great idea?!

I do really like M&S Food the reason I give only one star it is the staff . They are sooo rude and unprofessional. I leave in the building above and I shop almost every day, I haven’t see stuff to behave so bad on the customer. They are always moody aggressive and rude . M&S need to do something about! At leat to educate them .

Always slightly more expensive, but excellent quality.

Soaring prices, missing stock and miserable staff working in awful conditions make shopping at M&S in Queen’s Park an increasingly unpleasant experience. Avoid

Best baker who works there earlys, always positive.

Every time I go there and buy potted plants or flowers I never get a proper bag to carry them home. I never been offered something useful at the self checkout.
It's so disappointing because they do have lovely plants and flowers but I can only buy 2 at the time because I can't carry them in a plastic bag, or even tote bag.
Please M&S create small to medium box for customer to carry potted plants and flowers.
