Asda Bexleyheath Crook Log Supermarket

This is a local store, always clean and tidy. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly, polite and helpful.

I would personally like to thank Silvanna (staff) for her amazing kind and helpful gesture.

The team are very fortunate to have her.

I wish the local Asda store continued success!!!

More expensive, harder to drive to, parking atrocious especially when delivery lorry there blocking me, poor selection. Stick to the main store. ASDA please put signs to say when delivering will be as the lorry block the carpark

I could go to the superstore in Bexleyheath but this is my local, they have most of the things I want but it is only a local so I don't expect them to sell everything, the car park is adequate the staff are helpful and friendly it's no more expensive than the superstore and they have a better range of garden plants which are very good value. Inside its always clean and tidy ok when they are shelf filling it may block the aisle but that can be expected but the staff will always move their trolly to let you past, I have no problems with this store what so ever.

Crook log asdas is a lovely store with brilliant staff . Especially Michelle who is always smiling despite lack of staff in store . Never enough staff to cover the amount of customers. But when we shop there and we have a trolley someone always jumps on a till for us . Unless of course there’s only one staff working at the time . Come in management get some more staff in to help the staff already working so hard to keep the store going .

Best Asda I've ever been in tucked away hardly used most times empty

This review is for Click and Collect Only.
Click and collect does not seem to be functioning properly. It takes allot of time to locate parcels and people have to wait some considerable time. I waited 20 minutes to be served and after I was served I was told my parcel was not there.
The lady that served me was pleasant and tried hard to resolve the issue. She did not seem to be at fault for this problem. I think logistically and how things are stored for collection needs to be reviewed. Do not send your items to this location until they dealt with the problems of click and collect.

Used to like coming in here but now it's pretty dire and soulless. The tills are unmanned and it now just offers self scanned. I'm not an asda employee and so shouldn't be doing it myself. I guess they are paving the way for a cashless society and artificial intelligence. Very sad.

Eaten a very good strawberry cake. With a little sphere of chocolate on the top. All araound it a gracious pear creme.
