Food hall is brilliant. It sells quality food at reasonable price. Very comfortable shopping environment, air conditioner is available.

Pretty good selection but staff are oblivious and acts busy when you ask for help and security guard is very creepy and follows you around you think we gonna steal from your store when we driving a £15k car parked right outside? They need to be trained properly or change security company that they get guards from

Constantly disappointing experience - fairly big yet somehow you never quite find what you need - limited models of things like jeans are available. Changing rooms close 2 hours before the store closes, which is probably the only reason I’d want to come into a physical store to begin with.

Food hall staff are useless, nobody to help customers at self service tills when they eventually turn up its been so long you are expected to rescan everything

Lovely range of products, high quality and prices are (now) more reasonable than before! Worth a special trip.

Now - 2022

Often finding their is limited stock and no availability, quality on some things isn’t much better than Aldi, prices creeping up - so often not worth it.

Busy and Very well stocked. Hardly any queues to pay.

I came with my 2 granddaughters to your store on the Sevenoaks Way for them to have a bra fitting today. I felt I had to let know that the lady who did the fitting was so good, (I think her name was Tricia,) she put the girls at ease from the very beginning and talked them through the whole process. Young girls can get a bit embarrassed when having this service but she made sure they they were alright with everything in a very kind and professional manner. She was very knowledgeable about the type of bra they should have and advised them accordingly. We left the store with their purchases and would definitely return to your store when they need this service in the future.

Food store is very handy for basics as well as higher end items which are impossible to find in the big supermarkets. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Appreciate the new self service tills as queues did tend to get long and fill the aisles.
