Marks and Spencer

What a lovely M&S , small but very welcoming. I had visited another store local to where I live and had quite a brusque , terse attitude to my enquiry about a purchase! I then telephoned the Mansfield store and right from the start the staff were brilliant , wonderful attitude to customer service , I'd like to name Adele on the orders desk for her personality and great people skills. All the staff that I came into contact with were fantastic.

I know they've got issues with declining sales but is it surprising when they don't have any tills open, I walked out. Poorly managed store.

Lovely store and the food was lovely. But I have to apologise for farting in the food hall yesterday. The olderly lady look like she was about to pass out.

My favourite shop, i always can find anything what i need!
One of the cashier lady is especially nice, the salespeople are helpful !!

Always has a nice array of food n drinks! N when u go in u always want more food/drink than u came in for! Ha ha! 😃 Their clothing range is always very nice quality also.

Good ole Marks & Spencer. Small store with a small food hall. Very clean and amazing they manage to keep basic staples in stocks in this plague era. Well done. Pleasant helpful staff. Great also for flying click and collect visits. Ample free parking nearby too.
