Super wonderful service from the poor lady who had to clear up the full bottle of coke that I managed to.spill all over the seat as i put my tray down. And to the awesome Emily who sorted my replacement drink. First class service. Thank you

Was visiting my sister in Sompting, I live in Leicestershire. We visited your cafe for lunch and when we asked for soup the very rude woman behind the counter growled at us 'there's only two of us on, there's no hot food'. Needless to say we won't be back again.

Went to go for a coffe and cake with my wife in the morning. I went to use the toilet before going into the cafe and was met by the most disgusting toilets I have seen in a long time.
Tissue paper on the floor and poor smeared around the toilet in both of them.
I did not use the cafe as a result and left promptly.
Poor standards!!!

Visited today . Customer service here isn’t what it used to be . I enquired about a product and was simply told to look on line and I felt dismissed . I shop in M&S on a regular basis the first time I have used Worthing in a long while . I won’t hurry back

I item which had duplicated, I only purchased last week and I states on bottom, I explained it had bought before i seen ! That nothing was made in purchase, no,one pointed or did I see I see notice, I heard of member of staff had accommodated for who,did same ,

No-one would help me, they don't sell t-shirts for kids apparently as they are such a small store! (Their words!). Queued for ages at 9:30 on a Thursday, barely anyone in the shop. Gave up in the end

Nice big shop, nice and clean. But the toilets, they'll not just toilets they are M&S toilets, dirty lots of litter on the floor, you can tell they haven't been cleaned all day. M&S you should be ashamed.

Came here for a quick much needed rest and lunch waiting patiently and sat down.Unfortunately had to listen for more than 20 minutes to a woman who suddenly appeared and decided to stand six inches next to me with her backside facing me at the end of the next table then she decided to have a loud conversation about her cruise holiday ! It was impossible to have a conversation with my son and really rather rude that this woman decided to stand with her backside next to be as I was sitting in the chair less than 6 inches away from me.
Made the whole experience a nightmare, so inconsiderate.
