Waitrose & Partners Sunningdale

Nice store but ridiculous prices. It astounds me seeing people doing big shops in this store. Extortionate prices. But I guess most people in Sunningdale don’t care about cost. Drive to Bracknell and pay half price for your food.

Worst of all Waitrose branches! Ordered online groceries for delivery recently , ,a large number of items were either substituted/marked as not available in my receipt but when i went into the store the same day & the evening before, I saw all the so called missing items & several of the substituted items were available in plenty! It looks like whoever did the picking couldn’t be too bothered to look for something if an item couldn’t be found easily so instead of talking the time to look,it was quickly marked as missing/substituted! Job done isn’t it, Not!

I went into the store to check if my items were actually available this time deliberately as an experiment to see whether my order this time will be picked with care & accurately. I did this as every order that I have ever placed with Waitrose has always had something missing or substituted yet these were products so I had my suspicions since the the so called missing products were often shown as available online.

Just popped in as we were passing, not our usual Waitrose and definitely will not be going in there ever again, too small for the amount of people that seen to go there...also never been into a Waitrose with such rude customers....we had people leaning over us, bashing our legs with their trolleys, and just really not pleasant people......thank goodness our local isn't like this...

What a mess of a store! Empty shelves everywhere at 11am, especially the fruit and veg, having to crawl on the floor so you can get stuff at the back of shelves, huge gaps everywhere, empty cardboard boxes left on shelves, certain items going out of date but then certain stock has great dates, staff are clearly not told to neatly bring items to the front at the end of the night. Staff seem to come on the shop floor on mass in the middle of the day to fill shelves, with huge cages when this should be done overnight to avoid even more congestion. I also found a really odd vibe about the store and location, like bad energy and I can't put my finger on what it is, slight aggression from customers and staff alike which I have never felt in any other Waitrose Branch. The bad energy isn't just inside the store but it surrounds the entire car park as well.

This branch is in urgent need of a refurbishment, it's dark, depressing, congested and simply mess. Waitrose please get the Bracknell branch manager here to sort it out including sorting stock levels out, and fill do the stock filling when the store is closed.

Rude, uneducated, pompous, elitist, chimpanzee staff.

Time I came in before last they assumed I stole something, this time they thought I was lying about the price of a bottle of Evian - clearly the absolute zenith of upper class shopping. I might set up a shop outside shining shoes considering everyone inside that isn’t wearing a grey apron is superior to us outsiders.

Truly Awful.

A special mention to Karen (mostly at self checkout) who goes out of her way to help everyone everyday. Always a friendly smile to greet you. She is an incredible asset to this store. I come to this Waitrose approx 3 times a week, more often than not, Karen is there to greet you with a smile!

Waitrose always my favourite place to shop , good quality food and good customer service,been shop with few Waitrose shops , all I can say is West Byfleet Waitrose store is the best customer service. And the Waitrose store in Sunningdale is the worst customer service. Been there few time and decided not the Waitrose I will go again .

Manageable size store, mostly lovely, helpful staff and with good selection of merchandise...although some items not stocked up as often as I'd wish and no loos...hence 4 not 5 stars. I suggest bringing winter gear for inside as I find it very ccccold 🧊❄️🥶!
