Marks and Spencer

One of M&S bigger stores, this is spread over three floors, with a ground floor extension out to the shopping centre. The food hall, ATM, collection point and ladies wear are on the ground floor. Ladies wear, lingerie and children's wear on the first floor and men's wear, bureau de change, home ware, café and toilets on the top floor. There's a choice of escalators or lifts to use to access floors 1 and 2. The ambience of the store is average, although the café does have windows overlooking the High Street, making it better than many M&S cafés. Parking is available nearby in the shopping centre car park, but is again up lifts or stairs, so not that convenient.

Due to a disappointing morning, (woe is me) I went to M&S so that I could treat myself to a yumnut as a little pick me up, and also to buy another item needed while I was there. And so when it was time to pay I was happy to be informed that I had got £5 off of my purchase, along with receiving a free bag for life. Result!

A lot of good quality options for food. I especially liked the “infarm” growing area which I don’t see often in other M&S locations.

Cash is king & legal tender. They make it as awkward as possible to use cash. Hardly ever tills open, & ALL self service card only!!!!!

A good place for food and clothing. Marks & Spencer is well known mall. Marks & Spencer at Ealing broadway is a huge store. It’s elegant clean and well maintained with precautions taken care off. A good place to visit.

I am very disappointed and unimpressed with the level of customer support & service in the M&S Ealing Broadway food department. A staff member called Marie was incredibly rude and unhelpful on the till and needs to be trained to do her job properly.

You need to put COLLECTION POINT on your instore signage to stop your customers roaming around and joining multiple queues. Simple stuff.
