Shop has lots of other facilities including accessible toilets, post box, pharmacy, cafe, fresh meat and fish counter, ocksmith, Amazon lockers, electric charging points. Free parking for 2 hours. No limits after 5pm. Good place for a weekly shop or just picking up essentials or even your lunch. Staff are generally available throughout the store and managers are often present on the floor helping out too.

A great grocery shopping experience located at the heart of the town. Specially helpful for people who uses train to commute to find a quick shopping after or towards work. This is one the places with more numbers of children and parents parking area located towards a corner so you could freely load and unload your little runners.

Great store with budget friendly prices. Great choice of food stuff and seasonal items. Can't forget to mention the excellent choice of items at the fishmongers, salad bar, rotisserie, and bakery.

Been here quite often; cleanliness and hygiene needs to be looked at. First instance of a no no for me was when your man behind the meat and pizza counter is touching meat without gloves and then proceeds to touch vegetables for pizza toppings for a customer. Second is when a glass fish bottle is broken you ain’t got a cleaner responding, staff behind that same meat/pizza counter starts cleaning it. Aisle is left smelling like a fish market. Self serve is a nightmare - the trolley accessible ones are the worst. Trying to grab the attendants attention is near impossible unless you call out or start walking towards them - the Green and red light system is completely ignored. Car park layout is a bit of madness especially when you got 1 car trying to exit and another trying to access the rest of the car park at the same time; make it one way. Good thing about the place is; it’s location.

If you need a shopping trolley for a wheelchair user do NOT use the Morrisons in Aylesbury. I have made written complaints to their customer service dept, and spoken to a floor manager over the last 6 months about availability of more than one trolley. The last straw for me was when the ONLY trolley was stolen last week and I saw it nearby. I reported my find to the customer service desk of its location and today 3 days later it is still in the same location

Love to shop here. Staff are friendly and amazing. Have little money for me and the 4 kids on my own but I tried to do as much of a shop for xmas as I could and they have some amazing home based brands to help with money saving. Thank god this year as really struggling with Bill's and xmas. Was glad you are here for us to shop at and all your staff and prices are fantastic.

The bloke behind the fresh fish counter was miserable as sin: no eye contact, zero acknowledgment, acting akin to someone who was forced to partake by the local jobfinder office.

Shameful as the customer face of Morrisons and quite clearly hasn't taken his customer service training refresher course.

When enquired about the produce on display prior to intent to purchase, the said gentleman was more interested in his pretence of fiddling with his little price flags which were already planted into the ice trying to pretend to get then perfectly perpendicular... and said he was too busy and would not be able to help until 10 minutes later.. maybe... Hmmm OK Mr OCD.

Or another way of looking at it: lazy worker syndrome when the supervisors aren't about.

Will be sure not to bother this guy or any of the other fresh counters if that is the store culture and general attitude.
