good location with petrol station facility and capacious parking. strange behaviour of the person at self- checkout, someone paid infront of that person but still she want to check receipt, whether paid or not.

Really big mega Tesco store in Goodmayes has Pharmacy, Vision Express, Tesco Mobile and Coffee shop upstairs. Large free 2 hours car parking available and Timpson repair shop as well.

Had the misfortune of visiting today. Took my toddler to use the customer toilets. Firstly, they are extremely far, all the way in the back corner! Poorly signed and then, the toilets, absolutely stank, were dirty and generally unhygienic. I will never come here again. If that’s what the toilets look like, the rest of the store is surely not clean. I’m so disgusted honestly.

Service customer is awful. Tried to exchange dress Ive bought in July 22, with the tag still on, and no marks on the tag of any indication of reduced priced - even by showing my card statement proving I bought this item in July, Tesco still stoled £12 of my money, as employee said they can only exchange for the price showing on the system, which now is £7 instead of £19. I worked in retail for many years, and never saw such a horrible thing to do, stealing your customers money. Never buying clothes here again. Quality is poor , not cheap, and awful policy.

I love this tesco! The staff make it what it is. As I'm such a regular customer, I am familiar with lots of them and they really go out of their way to help their customers. Christmas was a prime example of this, they maintained their professionalism and cheer even when the store was I undated with people

Very bad customer service I was with baby and pram alots of shopping, I was waiting in the queue and the lady was forcing me to go self checkout I told her I will wait in the queue she was soo annoying keep forcing me to go self checkout. Even I told her it's bit hard for me I got so much shopping let me wait here. she replied that your baby is sleeping u can checkout your self 😡😡😡 was very annoying very bad customer service

Our local tesco in Goodmayes,located just off the High road, is a large supermarket walk stocked with goods ranging from household items to world food. The supermarket is well organised and easy to navigate through with good signage.It is well staffed and staff are always helpfull. It can get busy in the evenings. There is free parking for 3 hours.
