I ordered for the first time last week, on a Saturday, and my order arrived on Tuesday. Really quick and easy. There was an item missing from my order and without me having to reach out to Bonvila they refunded the missing item the following day. If you're looking to buy Turkish groceries during this lockdown, I highly recommend Bonvila. Already thinking about what to order next!

We ordered from Bristol. Everything was packaged so carefully, I was really impressed. Items needing refrigerating such as cheese were even put in a special aluminium wrap with a cold gel pack. Thank you very much for the job very well done! We'll be ordering again.

Oh my God! Soooooo Good! This is by far the best place to buy Turkish and other hard to find Asian foods, delivery took 2 days to Northern Ireland. The packaging is second to none, they included cooler bags to keep the yufka fresh. I will now only buy from here! Fantastic! Don't shop anywhere else!!!

A friend ordered from Bonvila as a surprise gift as a Xmas gift. Absolutely loved all the items that we received! More so, I would like to especially mention the fantastic service from the delivery team. The driver wasn't provided a flat number and had called my number multiple times though I was away from the phone. When I finally called him back, he didn't hesitate to return all the way back to South East London to make sure we received it despite being far.

I would highly recommend Bonvila!

EXPIRED PRODUCTS, BAD SERVICE
Can't forget when we ordered some vine leaves, they sent us expired products. We emailed them to let them know and requested a new one but they refunded the money right away (not even the exact amount of what the product costs) which we just accepted.
The second issue was the dried figs. We ordered about 4packs but when we received them, the quality is so bad that we can't even eat them. It wasn't ripe enough (which you can tell from its color), the texture was hard, not easy to bite and chew. And has a bitter taste. We emailed them again stating our concern and providing some photos but they just say 'they will inform the team'. A couple of months passed already and still no update from them even if we already follow up. We spent £24 on the dried figs which we can't even eat.

I have been ordering from Bonvila for a year now and each order we receive had damaged goods, wrong items and was packed like it had been wrapped by a toddler. We always tolerated the poor service but last order was the end of chances. After trying to reach customer service owner/someone from the business called us to reassure us that this would never happen again. We trusted them and ordered again this month specifically saying not substations we receive them and each order they keep sending them anyway. Things came broken again. Packing was not improved like they promised. They said because we live in Northern Ireland things get damaged but reality is they've not invested in proper packaging. We order everything here from other grocery businesses from London and never had a problem... We asked for refund for missing and broken items got our refund but wont be using them again. There is other more professional providers.

I can find almost all products whatever I want and they respond quickly every time🌸 I am completely satisfied with bonvila except for the packaging. Maybe packaging could be done more carefully. Yufka and sausage were in the same package and yufka got wet because the cooler bag was torn due to the sausage package. The same happened in my previous order because the red pepper flakes package was torn, there was red pepper flakes all over the box.

Ordered 25 Sarelle bars before Christmas because I can’t find them in Manchester any more. Someone from Bonvila called me a few days later to say hey were out of stock and could they substitute with another brand of chocolate bar which was identical. I asked specifically if the substitute bar was vegan and the guy told me it was. When the delivery arrived on 21st December I saw that the substitute bar was not vegan as it contains milk and eggs, so I reported it straight away. Got a holding email and then Bonvila Customer Service has ignored my emails since then. I’m stuck with 25 bars of a chocolate that my family and I can’t eat because it’s not vegan. I was missold the product, no refund has been offered and no explanation has been given either. Awful customer service.
