Pretty good but maybe not quite as good as they like to think!
Clean, tidy and generally excellent staff.
Coffee is just about OK for free, if you have a Waitrose card, but if I was paying for my coffee I would buy it somewhere else!

This store: low quality, tiny selection of expensive food coupled with racist, disrespectful staff. The store shows a total disregard for the local community and the many homeless people near the store. They prefer to throw food out rather than give it to homeless people who need it.

Great location, near one of the main shopping areas of Cambridge. Always very tidy and organised. The stuff is always super friendly and helpful. Great to grab a few essentials or some lunch on your lunch break. Perfect place if you like organic food and a few treats :)

Hello, I cannot really understand why, in 2022, after a pandemic, a supermarket like Waitrose displays pastries and bread without any protection, for everyone to breath on, cough on, sneeze on and touch. Lidl figured out how to put bakery items on display in an hygenic way. Why can't Waitrose?

Tiny, with a relatively small selection focused on high-quality microwave meals and similar stuff. Not really the place you’d go to for a proper shop. But it’s the only way to get Waitrose products in the centre (unless you can/want to go all the way to Trumpington), so there’s that.

Excellent shop. The occasional Millar.

Great team of staff this morning....was making a delivery and had a technical issue with the truck. We emptied the trailer by hand and not one complaint. They went above and beyond that of a normal day's work.i thank you and wish you all a merry Xmas
