Asda Leicester Superstore

When I visited that shop, I was impressed by a variety of things you can get there at any time you need. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no prices on some shelves, so how would a customer know. For example, I wanted to find out how much the tray of chicken cost, but I could not find it. Even, when I asked the shop assistant, she did not know, as well.

Oadby asda staff are brilliant but fosse park is awful. Some staff are terrible absolutely no customer service skills! Customer service woman Jyoti is rude and condescending Ive seen her talk down to customers on a number of occasions. She thinks she owns Asda because she works in custoner service. She has no idea what the rules and policies are and makes them up on the spot. Doesn't even smile and has no manners at all. I asked another staff at self checkout to help me use a voucher on the Rewards App but she said she doesnt understand how to use the App! Once I figured it out myself she came to ask me how I applied the voucher as she needs to learn. ASDA, its not my responsibility to teach ur staff on how to use your App. Train your staff with basic skills!

Very close to fosse shopping park so this store is always busy and never really quiet even late at night.
Has loads of range and variety and asdas clothing store George.
Some staff are miserable but most are friendly.
Prices have increased a lot lately as you'd expect but still cheaper than tesco and sainsburys
Bonus is its a 24 hour store Monday to Friday.

I don’t very often visit this Asda for the simple reason it’s too far away from my house, but every time I’ve visited in the last six months it looks like a hurricane has swept through the outside of the premises and brought everybody’s rubbish to the front door of the store it’s a shame that the manager of the store can’t designate a few people a day to spend a couple of hours and clean up outside as it’s beginning to look like my local tip 😁😆🕯☕️🚬

Couldn't find what we wanted, staff helpful & showed us the way. Best buy of the day was in the restaurant, bowl of soup, bap & butter + unlimited drinks. A special deal for over 60's all for £1

I went on 22/4/2021 ~ The store is clean, provides hand sanitizers, clean station to clean trolleys. Store is not busy today, 95% customers wore face masks, disappointed to see some asda staff not wearing masks correctly!!!!!

Had a massive complaint back in June 2020, as most staff didn’t wear masks, no one way system, no social distancing, cleaning station was dirty & most cleaning spray were empty! So it’s nice to see improvement.

Didn’t need assistance today, however had a few incidents in store & staff / even management were not helpful & friendly. Hence we only shop at asda occasionally.

Price is fair, loads of everything for everyone. Plenty parking.

New ~ Saw a new sushi 🍣 area is coming 🤩🥳

Just opened some pillows. I was gifted only to find loose pillow stuffing and ripped seam pillows... how can these be machine washable?! When it's 5am and all you wanna do is fix up some new chrimbo bedding, but now left with an absolute state. Not impressed as these are far past unusable

I love the big space and the plethora of varieties of food, clothes and lots more. I am a little bit disappointed when I saw that the instant chicken noodles displayed as £4, instead of 0.35 pence. I wish I could post the picture I have taken.I was most disappointed when I mentioned the problem to the staff and how she had reacted😞. She quoted, "this is how it is" I was shook.
