Tesco Express

This place never fails to supply me with what I need wether that's a snack before school or a drink when I'm out with freinds and the staff are friendly and haven't done anything to ruin my day wich is nice

I have been to this store a total of 7 times this year last Sat being my last visit each time people were shop lifting in a very open way meat, wine , beers coffee !! It really needs more staff and a re fit with alcohol behind the screen and meats alongside
other high cost items near the till feel sorry for the few staff

Ideal always has what you need. Saff very friendly and helpful. Ideal shop when in Wells.

Experience was mot great, rude staff,

Waited 5 mins to get in the car park due to a delivery truck to then go in and be told they couldn't accept my Evri parcel drop off as they had run out of receipts (this was after they made me wait whilst looking for some rather than just telling me straight away)

I honestly don't even want to give a 1 star rating for my experience in this tesco express last night 6/8/21. I was shopping and saw another shopper looking at the reductions so I thought I'd wait my turn and have a look. Anyway as I was waiting a member of staff approached the reductions then selected 6 or 7 smoked ham and cheddar subs and about 4 of the 3 pack of trifles. He further reduced these items only and went to walk of the shop floor. A cashier serving a customer required assistance so the staff member with the reductions went to his aid. He placed the reduced items by the tills a customer then approached to be served and asked are these items for sale. The staff member said oh no no. Then laughed and said these are mine. Needless to say we were all shocked at this highly unprofessional conduct and obvious abuse of his job. Staff are not allowed to reduce items for their sole benefit and certainly aren't allowed to take items for sale off the shop floor to prevent them being sold to actual paying customers. So so wrong

Best Tesco express going! Staff are excellent! They sell everything you need!
