Lidl

It was quite quiet for a Wednesday. . The staff were getting ready for changing of promotions, which happen on Thursdays.

Only a couple of checkouts were open, but no long queues.

I managed to buy what I went for (and a little bit more. 😉).

Prices were better than the other big supermarkets.

Always do my weekly shop here. Great fresh bakery in store and a good selection of wines and beers at reasonable prices.

Typical Lidl. Good value, good quality. If you're in and see Magdalena tell her Mr G says hi! She's always helpful!

It's so close to me so it's super convenient and they pretty much have everything I need to do my weekly shopping. It's really budget friendly. Great selection of bread, fruit and veg. I rarely go anywhere else for my shopping except for gluten free products, which has now been a recent adjusted dietary requirement. I always check their household items as they have really good selections and seasonal ones. They're really good at keeping the aisles and shelves clean and organised. I much prefer it than Aldi. And they're really quick to open up another checkout.

Excellent quality and value shopping experience. Not keen on the new app points system over the old one. I think lidl has saved some £ on that one. I would call it a slight downgrade but thats my opinion. Its not put me off, I still think lidl is very good and will continue to shop there. Well done.

Parking is at a premium here, always rammed! Inside it's much the same too much stuff everywhere makes it difficult to navigate around without being in someone's way. Don't get much time to look at the shelves as there isn't much space

I know it's cheaper but I find it a stressful place to be as so many people are in a hurry. Not for me

Will not be going here again. Just a boring place and staff not helpful, only went here few times as visited the local area

I live literally 3min from the Aldi, but most of the times I am going to Lidl, because its clean, most of the time I can get everything what I need.
