Beautiful, clean well run food store. Quality of food is excellent and fresh. Amazing variety of fresh and frozen food. Newspapers, magazines, flowers, plants, fresh bread also. Good variety of alcohol. A lovely cafe to stop off in.Plenty of free car parking.

Today I visited the cafe for lunch with my daughter and granddaughter and to say the young lady at the counter was rude is an understatement. No eye contact, not once did she say please or thank you. Very sullen and incapable of smiling. When I asked for ice with my drink twice she slammed the glass onto my tray!! It's apparent that they were so busy they couldn't cope. I would avoud at all costs. The food wasn't that great either

Easy to park and shop. At times social distances a little awkward, but this is more customer behaviour. Sometimes refilling the shelves during the day makes social distancing more difficult. Food choice good the team are really good and friendly

Due to popularity of this retail park I always tend to visit at the end of the day. Good selection of M&S favourites. Disappointing card and gift wrapping selection but otherwise great variety of food and wine.

Absolutely terrible store manager at this Foodhall. Walking around and demanding to see people's receipts like she owns the place. You have no right to challenge members of the public. I've shopped at Marks and Spencer's for 35 years and never been treated so badly as by this lady. Shame on you M&S for employing people who are judgemental and ignorant of the law.

Tried the new Colin The caterpillar Frappe. The actual frappe is more like a chocolate milkshake. The cup was split so leaked everywhere. The Guy gave me another cup to put it in, but was split again. We ordered hot cross bun which they forgot and when it came out it was still cold on the inside so butter would not spread. Staff really miserable too

I like this cafe a lot but they need more comfortable chairs (intended so you don't stay long) and I was told I could not eat any food bought from M&S in the cafe.
