Sainsbury's

Self- checkout was a disgrace. It needed intervention every 2-3 items. Even the staff failed to get it to work properly. It took longer to check out than it did to do a trolley load of shopping. Not a good experience

Plenty of free PodPoint electric vehicle charging points is the best feature of this store. Good size store, always nice and clean.

My elderly friend who is 75 was hit by a large black 4x4 yesterday while visiting your Sainsbury's. She was almost dragged under the car. The driver did not stay and make sure she was ok. I need something to be done about this immediately! Check your CCTV to start with.

It's a great large Sainsbury's. Winning feature for me is the Sushi Gormet counter where you will find a sushi chef prepping food live at various times.

Great supermarket, generally has everything we need. Good range of Habitat items, Argos collection point, pharmacy and petrol station

Good store, helpful staff usually and cleaner than other stores I have visited in the chain. Sometimes things out of stock but this is a supply chain issue not down to the store.

Who needs a review for a supermarket? The Sutton branch is spacious and airey and never seems to get crowded. Parking on a Saturday can be a problem.

Good supermarket, we really like the café.
Includes TU Clothing and Argos and some Home stuff.
