DOES NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to collect a parcel which I had delivered there and they started having a go at me that my address did not appear on the shipping label - why would it since it is being delivered to their shop?!?!?! Barely managed to get it collected. Started having an argument with me in front of other customers telling me that it is my responsibility to ensure my address is on there and how wrong I was and how he could keep the parcel because it is his address - even though it was my name on it. Absolutely unprofessional and not how you treat a customer. Also needs some lessons in good manners. I will be definitely avoiding from now on!

Perfectly standard corner store. But charges for card transactions of any amount

Getting more stupid at this shop you can't use your card for a paypoint transaction unless you spend £3 on groceries from the shop.to top it all they charge for there cash machine as well. So u got to walk miles to get cash before u can top up your meters. Really thinking of not going to the shop anymore even though I'm right near it

They sell compostable kitchen liners fits caddy great.nice and clean.

Good range of products and reasonable price with good opening hours

Handily positioned for the area around Elms Vale that's between the other 3 minimarts based around the surrounding few square miles and with some slightly different stock choices in brands and prices. Friendly staff and an old pub building kept in business if from a smaller chilled drinks area with the other stocks

It's certainly a convenient store
