This is a good stop off if you need emergency groceries but is often a wait in the que. Petrol is not the cheapest and I recommend you go to the actual Tesco fuel station if you can as it is cheaper and only another mile or so up the road.

I bought petrol here and went inside with my 3 grandchildren to pay- I am 63 years old- the woman behind the till was rude and aggressive and accused me of filling my car up twice- I have a small 1000cc proton and £30 fills the tank- she was talking loudly and rudely and then stared me out!! my grandchildren were frightened and upset when we got back in the car- I will never go there again I have given one star as there was no option to give none. They should rethink their staff

Store policy "WE DO NOT GIVE CHANGE" not very helpful to someone trying to use an unstaffed laundette due to covid 19 across the road ..so much for the community spirit helping each other out!!!

QUALITY SERVICE, most notably from Anthony!! (The buddy)
Now….. the reduced section!!!!! Where do I start…
When you hear bob marley playing as you walk through those pearly gates you know it’s going to deliver!!! Pop up with unreal bargains on the regular. Often well stocked and a great environment to give out some buddies!

I thought it was really good and well stocked. Didn't really notice the prices where much higher like in Cowick Street but maybe that is due to increased footfall as it's a petrol station too.

Staff are very friendly, quick and efficient in their jobs. Shelves are always filled to the brim and somehow they have more meal deal choice than big tesco? Not sure how or why but I'm not complaining.

a complete joke to fill up at pay at pump. at Heavitree
2 experiences of late 1st during early Covid. Pay at Pump was not available !
I did not wish to enter the store, but with the Pay at Pump not available I had no choice, although I would have been best driving elsewhere.
Now today with Pay at Pump available, and entering my card to pay, the girl behind the desk seemed to not understand how to get the pump I was at able to get back to zero ????
Incredible isn't it ? I walked over to the store and asked for my pump number 7 to be started.........brainds of a chocolate mouse springs to mind.! And thats being kind !!!!
I attempted to fill up going through the pay at pump again and entering card and pin details.....only to find the same, pump not returned to zero
and girl assistant oblivious to what was going on in the forecourt.
I left and filled up elsewhere.
Totally useless with no customer service experienced .
Pay at Pump.?...should it be this difficult ????
