Queue to pay was under staffed but I have found the self service tills don't always credit discounts so I no longer use them. Plenty of stock, staff are generally polite

Placed strategically so everyone in the surrounding area can reach it easily, most consumable products that you would need are available here.

Would love to give minus stars if I could but unfortunately can’t. Tried to pay for my items using the self service with cash but it now seems you can only pay by card. I was then told to go where the cashiers were on the till. The queuing system is not properly signed and I therefore was under the impression that you queued behind a till, (as with all supermarkets). This is not the case. You have to form one queue and wait to be called. On being corrected and joining the right queue when I finally reached David and stated that the signage was not correctly displayed I was then informed ‘enough of the attitude!!!’ Seriously are you getting that desperate for staff you need to employ the likes of David? He is rude and needs training in customer care. I shall be boycotting your shop in future and urge others to do the same.
