Waitrose & Partners Bluewater - JL Foodhall

Lovely food store.

This shop seriously needs a refurb. Everything is just so tired. By far the worst Waitrose I’ve ever visited, which is unfortunate considering I live 2 min away.
They are always understocked, often have empty shelves. I frequently have to go to M&S on the other side of Bluewater, because I can’t find what I’m looking for in Waitrose.

Smaller store but still a great range, wine bar, meat counter and even a cheese room. Well laid out and lots of offers.

Unusually a bad experience on Friday. Expected a click an collect with all items included but the most important items were missing and I didn't receive an email to tell me this until just before my collection time when I thought the message was just a reminder of the collection. Now involves crediting my account and it might take 7 days for this! It only took minutes to debit my account so the delay is a mystery!!!

Nice shop. Staff good. Specialist counters excellent.

Great food ,meat and fish dept probably the best of the supermarkets , price wise ,good value , for the quality ,
Staff were friendly and cheerful .
Even though rushed off there feet well done thank you ,
If your lucky some good reduction to have ,I was in there 3.20pm and was lucky ,the dates on reduced had still a couple days to use .

Rudest woman at the wine bar told me off for moving a chair. Moving swiftly on.

Excellent service. Very quality shop with very reasonable prices. The butcher behind the meat counter was one of a kind. Recommended and gifted a delicious black garlic steak sauce for us that was incredible! Thank you.
