During my 4-days-stay in London I have visited several M&S stores. This one was by far the most welcoming. The store is tidy and clean and the staff do a fantastic job in helping customers with their choices. A shout out to Georgia and Irene! Thanks again very much, ladies for your kindness and help!
I do like M&S for their good quality clothing and moderate prices. Ladies, look specifically for pants and underwear. The choices are really good!

Hi all, whilst I usually appreciate the cleanliness and great service the staff provide. I have recently been buying your hot lunches over the counter. The staff are excellent but there is one staff member who feels the need to have his buttons undone on his shirt with his chest hair sticking out. Im all for 'freeing the body' but when someone dishes up my food, I would expect the staff to be coverered up, the food is good, no its great! but the added potential of male chest hair doesnt tickle my fancy. Please could someone check this out. many thanks

I've been going to this site for a decade or more. Gentleman's clothes section this week; do you lobotomize the staff yourself or do you hire them in that condition? Tried to find a shirt in my size - very little on the shelves - hunted someone down. About as useful as a fungal infection but after 7 minutes he found me a shirt in my size. To the changing rooms. I unfurled it. Huge stain. Tried it on. Ok fit. Went outside after less than 60 seconds to ask for one without a strain. Man gone. Other staff refused to interact. You will go bankrupt for a reason

Popped in to grab a quick bite to eat, first time at the store. Love the ploughman’s sandwich. Would like more veg options in marks stores overall.

Not a long queue at the tills. Staff were busy filling shelves.

Love the quality of the food from here. It’s more expensive for some items but it’s a lovely taste and some unique items.

Staff are helpful as always, shelves fully stocked and has a small food hall next to bakery section.

Loads of sandwiches either past there sell by date or set to go off that day not reduced. They do seem to be on top of the rest of the store but not the sandwiches. Bit disappointing.

Friendly, helpful staff. Only gripe is the many angled mirrors in the ladies changing room. I see myself as a small size 10 & will not accept the reflective image of myself as a size 14. This, in my opinion, is not a true representation of my figure, especially from behind 😉
