Plenty of items in stock.
Easy with car parking with free 2.5 hours!
Very pleasant visit and plenty of self checkouts.
Open for the majority of the day.
Pleasant shopping journey.

I've been shopping at this store for over four years and it's usually well-stocked with great staff. However they've recently made it compulsory to have to print and scan your receipt in order to exit the self-service area. This is not eco nor consumer friendly.

My favourite Sainsburys, always clean and their range of items is really great. Tu Clothing and Argos inside. Staff are polite and helpful. I would like to make a special mention about Hellen as she was extremely kind and helpful, 10/10 customer service. We forgot to pack a large pack of toilet roll in our trolley and was surprised to find that Hellen had searched the whole car park for us whilst we were inside the Argos store. She is a real credit to the store, such a lovely and caring lady.

It's a breeze visiting Sainsbury's, except in the Maldives where it is sunny. As for the store, who knows and who really cares. They're all the same. This one has food. Good luck!

We would have stopped coming to Sainsbury's ages ago, but me and my partner just love blonde Sam from Click & Collect too much!! She is the best employee a company could ask for, helpful, friendly, simply the best! If she isnt the boss by the time we get back from Portugal then Sainsbury's dosent know what a little gem they have! Thanks again Sam, big up Arsenal ☺️

Poor customer service, meat fridges not working properly, someone from Health Care need to inspect this shop inside and out. The veggies - half of them have mould already.
DO NOT DO YOUR SHOPPING THERE!! You will be SICK!!

Does anyone know the contact details for the Health Care for this matter? Where can I report this??

Pathetic customer service, floor staff are rude, lazy and careless, they blame that they are busy, but in reality they are not, they just super lazy!. I am also worried about health and safety, today I saw so many meat and poultry products laying down in the fridge area, the colour of some of the meat was disgusting, looked like the vacuum seal was broken or the meat just went off.
I tried to take a picture of the staff member who was rude to me, but he just blocked my camera, saying that I can not take pictures inside the shop. Well, if I am concerned about my safety, I do believe that I can and I will take not only pictures but videos as well. Besides, the shop itself is rigged with CCTV cameras.
I promise to come back to the shop to collect more evidence of health and safety issues there.
In the meantime, be very careful in this shop, look carefully at the expiration dates and look closely at how the product looks. If it does not look right, better leave it there.

Anyway, here is a picture of that "Babaloo" (could not get his name anyway, so I call him Babaloo). When I realised that he crossed all possible customer service limits, I asked for his name, but he suggest I look at his badge by pointing at it. Well, it is not only rude to not say your name when you do serve customers, but he was standing like 5-6 meters away. I ask again and again and again... like ten times: "what is your name?"
He was silent, and only then when I take my phone camera, only then he start to act more-less like he should from the beginning. And mentioned his name (I still did not get it the way he say it).
To my surprise, the security guy came the same second: "is there any problem". Luckily, that guy said that there is no problem. Luckily for him, otherwise I would call for the manager right away! He knew that he should not act the way he acted.
Well, let's see for how long he learned his lesson.

AVOID this shop if you can, there is an ALDI shop nearby or just go to another area.

I go there weekly and many times toilets are out of order.
When they are open they are dirty running out of soap, loo paper generally unkempt. No sign of a cleaner ever, just only abandoned cleaning trolley just outside always. Has the cleaner been abducted by aliens?!!
