Tesco Express

Good selection of sandwiches and salads for lunch. They usually have a good selection of fruit too which is a nice addition. They have a sign saying they have Costa Express coffee inside I've not found that, but that's probably just me.

I am writing to you to make a formal complaint about your staff and the poor attitude I recently encountered. As a customer facing organisation I would expect you to understand good customer service. To explain this in more detail I would like to make a complaint about a expression store closing 10:50 at night. I parked my motorbike in front of the store and when the one member of staff saw me he immediately closed the door on my face without even asking. I do have pictures but can't attach them here. He them opened the door for a staff member to exit and I asked why he closed before the time, he replied saying it was 23 already and closed the door on my face again. This occurred on the May 17th,

Great reduced deals on a Friday and weekend when the city workers are few. Good selection of food for some unbelievable prices at times. Friendly staff too

I was shocked to see the amount of unnecessary products and intense use of plastic nonsense packaging. Seriously something went wrong.

The store is ok for those who work in the surroundings

Refusal to accept return parcels that were paid and printed. Sassy attitude. Just lazy.

Still pathetic in this shop. not 1 of 3 staff even pretending to wear masks. One talking to 2 unmasked people (maybe some anti-vax group!! lol).
TESCO send customers nonsense emails about following the rules, which should be just treated as SPAM.
Went in there 3 days after masks made mandatory, and only 3 people out if 12 I saw in there were wearing masks properly. One staff member had one on but not covering nose.
Has been in there day before and was similar and that time, left without buying anything. Today only bough one thing, less than I had planned
Wish food shops in City of London would follow the rules at least some time during the day.

A conveniently located Tesco Express store. Stocks most things you need if you're in a hurry or have forgotten something. Clubcard offers available here as well. Quite a good range of fresh produce available as well.
Ample self service checkouts and staffed tills available.
Staff are all friendly and helpful.
