Lidl

Normally it is really good but today it went down in my estimations, there was an elderly lady on the self service and asked the member of staff working on the self service to help and his reply was I'm busy and walked off, if another lady in front of didn't help I would have! A bit of respect for the elderly!!!

Fresh bakery things qere pretty low when I arrived around 11am. But it was a Saturday. There seemed to be quite a few empty shelves and sections. The queues were horrific so glad they have installed self service which with only 3 items saved me a massive wait.

Excellent service and Comparative cheaper price. Don't have many varieties of products.

Manager was on the till serving me but he was completely very very rude. I just wanted to buy water pack of 3 but he refused me to buy then he kept saying loudly do you want water ? give me money , give me money, give me money, what’s? he demanded three times very aggressively with different receipts I mean he didn’t do it in one time. I was completely confused and angry how bad he was talking to me ? he didn’t explain if I’m not allowed I’m happy but he has nothing politeness, I would give him zero stars if I could. He’s a completely rubbish manager. It happened on 4/September 2022 at around 3:20 to 3:40

Cheap
Lots of stuff are available to buy at reasonable prizes.
When you also use the coupons on the Lidl app, you get more value for money.
Lidl is definitely the place to shop.

I love Lidl and everything it comes with. It has been one of my favourite shops but some of the staff at Maidstone are just terrible. I feel sorry for the manager and the shop because it’s just so sad!

Dexter who is one of the staff working at Lidl is amazing, super friendly and helped us find everything we need. I will always come back here for my food shopping :)
