Tesco Express

Today I was accused from your security/assistant guy for stealing a carry bag. He was very arrogant and loud so everyone in store to hear his question, if i did pay for my bag.
He was prejudiced against me as I am European.
After showing great disrespect towards me, I've told him that I did pay for my bag. He again didn't trust me and even louder requested to see my receipt.

To his surprise I showed him the receipt and he saw that I actually did pay for the Carry bag, he then didn't respond with apology, silently walked away like nothing happened, leaving people and my colleagues behind me thinking that I probably didn't pay.

His unprofessional behavior made me feel very embarrassed and demoralized.

Please train your staff how to behave with customers, and some staff basic manners.
If they have attitude do not hire them.

The employee was black, in his mid 40s, skinny with unpleasant manners.

You lost me as a customer.

All in Plastic, horrible what they support.

I went to Tesco to buy flowers for Mothers day @ 11pm and the store was closed.
When i got back to my building to check the store opening times, it states that the store closes at midnight! I also called the store number, I let the phone ring for 5 minutes and nobody picked up!.
I think someone from head office needs to investigate this issue as a matter of urgency, considering that they are paying their employees to that time, but instead they are knocking off early!
Not happy.

The new exit gates don't scan the barcodes properly, it's so bad they have an employee there to open them because it doesn't work. Also an enormous waste of paper when the environment is at the top of political agendas the world over. Tesco should have thought about that a bit harder...

No Halal chicken options. There was one Moroccan wrap but it was time limited. The only good thing in the menu for a person like me is the Tuna and Egg Salad which is a great vegetarian option

Really quite an annoying Tesco - they seem to be trialling a system that requires as little staff as possible but it means that you have to scan your receipt to leave which is very hit and miss. It all looks very 'futuristic' but the end-result is just frustrating.

It's expensive than Aldi so only buy from here if you need anything urgently

The tesco employee was also waiting outside the store because the person who had the keys was late. And that guy was so rude! he shouted saying you will wait for 10 more minutes. He was an english guy.
