Michaela is a legend + despite her early morning starts she is always a big help + a friendly face. Very helpful + honest...refreshing in this day + age! Other staff good as well

The worst customer service I have ever had! Went to self service but the light was red so waited for the stuff to sort the machine out. Instead the two at the counter just ignored me and carried on serving new customers. I waited for 5 minutes. In the end I just walked out with out anything.

It's pretty good for a local store. Has more vegan sandwich options than the one in Southbourne. Only issue is it's quite small and gets claustrophobic when it's busy.

Horrible attitude from the lady with tattoos and blue hair (unsure of her name) every time I am served by her. I have heard her be incredibly rude to a number of customers, including talking down to an elderly lady in a very nasty tone. In dire need of retraining at the very least.

The younger staff at this store are great, sadly this cannot be said of the older pair whom are so lazy and very rude. Customer service seems to not be something they are interested in.

Arrived at the shop and had to be let in by the old school covid check. Treated like it was 2 mins before the shop shut when it was actually 40mims. All frifge lights turned off and uncomfortable atmosphie.

Older gentleman serving refused to accept an Evri package, saying no large packages could be sent from there. Basically couldn't be bothered!
