After getting our shopping by doorstep delivery for at least 10 months, today 15th September, after waiting for over 30 minutes to get through we were told we could no longer get our shopping this way because our card was not registered. No information on their website as to how to register the card, no answer when I messaged them. No satisfaction whatsoever. So now we have no food. Customer satisfaction absolutely nil.

Got what I wanted and enjoyed avoiding the obstacles around the store particularly in the entrance. Keeps you on your toes dodging around pallets of stuff, good for your joints.

Small, compared to some of the other Morrisons I've been in, so does not carry a huge range. Quite expensive, but it always has been a bit pricier than say Asda. Would go here if I wanted fresh fish, as there is nowhere else that sells it.

Very disappointing, Cafe is automated, fine for youngsters not so much fun for elderly. Water and coffee been moved, with no notice as to where to. On the checkouts, staff were beyond slow, self serve checkout failed to register offer on nappies, when speaking to customer service, they struggled to work out the change needed for £21 out of £29.98, on the whole very frustrating, i doubt i shall return to that store

Nice clean and tidy store. Main reason for going was to have lunch in the café. Didn't really enjoy it. I had to send my meal back because it was cold. The coffee was only lukewarm too.

Have to clean own trolleys .Do supply paper and spray plus hand sanitizer on entry and around the store. No limit on customer numbers. Still wearing face masks which is good. Staff helpful at tills and around the store. Prices going up generally especially since takeover. Aisles can be cluttered with trolleys for re stocking shelves. Gets busy at peak times. Cafe open again.Dont have to wear masks but prefer to do. Be aware 2 hour parking limit with ANPR. Cafe gets busy a to times so if doing big shop as well as cafe could be close to time limit in car park. Change is that no cleaner spray for trolleys. Sanitiser still around to use. Helpful staff at self service tills. For months there has been no light in entrance to female toilets !Toilets need cleaning more often Most staff and manager helpful and friendly. Had to report staff from cafe to management team as she not helpful and ignored our polite requests . Manager did refund money and to get training in customer relations for staff member. Sanitiser in entrance with paper towels. As with most shops, prices are increasing. Sanitiser still on entry. Staff helpful. Lots of trolleys out in aisles for restocking by staff.
