Hands down the worst shopping experience you’ll consistently get when it comes to paying for your shopping. I’ve implemented self checkouts for businesses before, coached teams, designed the material etc. I do love them. But this store in particular does not understand them. You’ll regularly wait several mins, 8 I think was the most for an exception to be cleared. Often one colleague manning the pens & conveyor belts at the same time. It’s the only store I’ll actively seek a human on a till, it’s just not worth using them if you know you’ll need approving for something.

With me being in need of help with this store with fundraising they do brill the manager and also counter staff are better than any store Ik if you need help with anything speak to these they will do their absolute best and I can assure this. Just remember that them one star reviews is just one experience same with mine but I know you will love this store and team more than any other. :)

Large parking area, lots of floor space and helpful staff. All in all a great place to do your shopping. Even the inside cafe it pretty good at great prices. On site hairdressers and cloth washing if you need it.

Very poor customer service skills. Instead of approaching nicely and friendly, while I was stood at the drinks section I was called out rather loudly for not realising that I had chose a large salad and that it was not part of the meal deal. Uncalled for, the checkout staff could have helped me out with that. No manners, not excuse me.. just a straight up ‘THATS NOT PART OF THE MEAL DEAL’

In store bakery, butchers and fishmonger. Large selection of groceries both fresh and frozen, electrical goods, clothes and magazines. Cafe with good food.

An absolute “Dead Loss” the last few weeks the majority of the things I’ve wanted for my general food shop they haven’t got & if they’ve moved them & you can’t find them there is seldom anyone around to ask. The last time I shopped there I went home with 8 items off my list they didn’t have. Now started shopping elsewhere. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Visited at 8:35 am, no hot food on hot food counter. Must do better, people need feeding hot food??
