Iceland Foods

I have no problem with the store when I go in, its nicely kept and some of the staff are happy to see you. But for the last three food deliveries I've tried ordering a specific chicken and mushroom flavored dish and every single time I get cheese and onion. Both packages have a different color to easily tell it apart. 3 times in a row, without fail. I get mistakes can be made but they've still taken my money and given me an item I don't want, thankfully its cheap. I can't keep calling up about it, even to me it would sound like I'm trying to pull something. It would be a solid 4 stars if they just checked a persons food delivery more carefully.

Yes I Like Iceland Foods as they sell not only frozen foods also chilled things there are very good bargains on a variety of things which is very helpful at the moment. I the store is kept clean and tidy the staff are very good too

Poorly organised, staff are uninterested in assisting the customers as well as lacking in logic and common sense. Would recommend shopping elsewhere.

This was the only Iceland that we saw during our three weeks’ driving around the UK. Lots of frozen dinners and meals. We tried the lasagne but prefer the M&S ones in terms of taste and price.

Large selection of frozen food at really good prices.

Good shop with less variety, a bit smaller compared to other icelands.
