DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR PACKAGES!! They pretend that they haven’t received it but they had it in store after telling me for 20mins that they didn’t and it was opened!! Was happy for for me to leave without checking so I had to call the company in the store to confirm that it was signed for and demanded them to check just to for the man to tell me that it’s not there even though I could see it myself opened on the floor and he still insisted that it wasn’t mine even though my name was written all over the package. They wanted to steal my bag!!!

As much as I would like to support my local corner-shop, these guys make it really hard to do so. Behind the smiles and friendly welcome, they are not only overpriced - expected compared to a Tesco or Sainsbury’s and not fatal in itself - but systematically add 10 to 50% onto the original price and hope that you don’t notice. If you’re paying by card, don’t expect to see how much you’re actually paying as they will purposefully hold the machine upside down to hide the amount.
As such, a couple of beers become 18£ instead of 13£ and a pack of sterlings sold for 5£ in any other corner-shop becomes 7,5£.
If you call them out they apologise and laugh it off but it’s happened too many times for it to be an accident, they are trying to scam people on a regular basis and I’m sure they mostly get away with it.

Great placed shop, good prices for such an expensive area. I only saw one member of staff which can produce long queues which is a shame . But all in a good shop with alot of variety. Has parcel collection service e.g hermes etc and a mini vape store inside .

Dropped my DPD parcel, ans been 4 days, and still not delivered, also to print A4 size they charge £1.50. Have no issue with charge but parcel not delivered which is getting me frustrated. Be careful from the shop.

Came to drop a parcel for return through dpd. Parcel was heavy but store was not open at 11:30 although google says it would be.

Dropped off a DHL parcel and after a week the tracking number was still not active for the parcel. Went back to this shop which was the drop off point. Spoke to the 2 men at the till who told me that both their names are coincidentally 'Patel' when I asked them and they were generally very unhelpful. They immediately told me they know nothing about the parcel and to contact DHL. They continously changed their story about how often DHL picks up parcels from them. They did not come across as being sincere to me. I will be avoiding this shop in future.
