M&S Simply Food

Always friendly staff. I get my M&S deliveries there and staff always happy to help and find the parcels. We'll stocked and a good range of food in all areas. Like the bakery section too for the lovely muffins. Has kitchenalia and also cards and flowers. Great little Simply Food.

I visit here regularly. Very good food store with many other products too. Also really handy for collecting online orders and returning. Best thing about the store are the staff who are always friendly and helpful.

Bakery has a great selection of freshly baked bread, biscuits & patisseries. A lovely range of fresh flowers & house plants to choose from.

Love this shop. Yes the food is a bit pricey but the quality is there and it's money well spent

Shocking self service tills!
It doesn’t seem very well thought out.. shopping today christmas very busy time for drink everybody’s got alcohol and only one member of staff as a security key to allow people to buy alcohol crazy !
scanning is in the wrong position. It scans food in your arms, It’s happened quite a few times to me ..scanned one item twice .
Come on M&S, surely you can do better?

Won’t be buying Christmas food here again. Staff made me wait for ages as I was slightly early despite queuing up for an hour. Extremely rude. Not exactly getting into the Christmas spirit

Ordered a birthday cake online so this isn’t so much about the store but about the bakery and customer service. Ordered a cake and disappointed doesn’t come close to the way I feel right now. Doesn’t look like the picture and the packaging states it will serve 12 people it won’t it’s so small. I expressed my disappointment at the store but they didn’t really care and neither did customer services. I will never order from them ever again!!!
