First visit with my mother yesterday and what a pleasant experience. By far the best cash and carry in Tower Hamlets hands downs. During this pandemic the owners have kept a humble but honest approach which extended to the prices of their stock. It did not rise and exploit customers during this hardship, instead they remained professional and still profited from good business. This honesty and integrity is the reason why we should shop and benefit our local business because they have taken care of us during these hard times. Every product we were searching for, was easily located on the shop floor. There is parking facilities making it very easy to shop whilst they assist to load your vehicle with your shopping. The staff are very polite and courteous which promotes the shop in a more positive light and makes the experience even better. The meat and poultry is fresh and well priced. I suggest avoid getting ripped off by any cash and carry and visit this store, the produce is great price and fresh and staff and always happy to help and polite. I wish everyone else maintained this level of professionalism and care for our community. I will definitely recommend and visit as soon as we are due another shop.

Amazing customer service. They've a large stock of all your daily needs such from milk to meat and fish, from sweet to toothpaste. Highly recommend to the locals.

Got Jammie Dodgers Biscuits from this shop. When I came home and tried found the taste but funny. Then I checked the expiry date which was March 2022 😳 I went to the shop and checked the whole batch and it was same expired . He refunded me the money with an apology.

Every time I have been here the staff have been so friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon entering the store and the gentleman helped me find exactly the ingredients I was looking for. The store has a great selection of cooking ingredients and also a varied line of soft drinks. Whatever niche ingredient you are looking for, you will find it in this authentic and welcoming shop. An absolute gem of a place, I am so glad I discovered it!

To everyone who shops there be careful, bought half a sheep butcher said 17.5kg agreed price nearly £90 to come back collect later. After I picked it up It seemed light so I took it home and weighed it, it weighed 10.5kg. The shops owner said the 7kg wasted was skin and fat. I seriously doubt it. Will report to tower hamlets trading standards

Filthy. Both touch the meat and then come over to serve you without any gloves or washing of hands. Disgusting.

Good customer service and good to see a blend of mix ethnicity of staffs. Fresh vegetables and great poultry with reasonable price. Due to the pandemic yes price did inflation but I’m sure the stores suppliers inflated there price. Overall 5/5 on service, 5/5 with the availability on products and 4/5 on pricing. Will definitely shop again.

Excellent service. Best poultry and meat in East london. The management are very friendly and give a premium service. By far the best butchers and grocery shop in East london and I have shopped at many.
