Loving the TGI Friday freezer and the Chiquito one. Not to mention the Cathedral City one. Lovely food, however, the floor staff do not seem very knowledgeable about their products that you can put in fridge rather than keeping frozen.

Last time went here was a bit chaotic. Stuff dumped by tills, trolley stacked with deliveries around till area. Only one on the till she asked for help but no one rushed to help her. Felt sorry for her.

Product quality is good but there's a chronic shortage of tills available. Queues are legendary. More than once, I went there at 9.30 AM and no checkout operator was available.

Iceland, is what it is and use the place now and again
Tidy store, checkouts get a bit busy and don't open a new till very quick, apart from that it's okay for your frozens.
Easy car parking and lift virtually outside the door for the car park.

Staff were helpful as couldn’t find what I was after even helping me look through the freezers and the shop has a wide variety of items frozen and fresh.

Think they could organise deliveries better... Have them on a different till or something. If one delivery is requested it slows the whole queuing system down.

It's a nice shop but by the time you get to the till there are too many shoppers and not enough cashiers.

Online, ordered 3 fresh meat for £8, the best use by date was today plus 1 was reduced. Store manager was totally unhelpful & arrogant, can't collect & change the chicken till 7-9pm tonight. 🤬
